Secure Online Ordering: Purchasing from Flora-cal Products is easy and secure. We use Comodo SSL Secure Site security certificate. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop here. And when you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected on a secure server.

Ship Time: Orders placed after 1:00PM PT will not ship same day. All orders placed on Friday will ship the Following week
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please create a support ticket for return or exchange authorization. Then simply send the items you do not want to our warehouse in original, unused condition within 30 days of the confirmed delivery of your package. We will then refund the purchase price or exchange the item. The original shipping charges are refundable if the return is due to our error. The return shipping charges to our warehouse are the customers responsibility and are non-refundable. For exchanges we pay the new, return shipping charges to your location. A 15% restocking Fee will be deducted from order total when items are returned.
Warning: All our products are for decoration only, Not a toy, should keep out of reach of children and do not take internally.

Shipping Info: All orders require 1-5 working days for processing. You will not be billed until your order ships. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated when you check out.
Shipping: We use UPS and USPS (usps international only) 3-day ground, 2nd day air and Next day air must be placed before 12:00PM PT to be able to ship same day.
Rates: shipping rates are taken directly from UPS & USPS server.
Approximate Delivery Time: (in addition to 1-5 working days for processing) United Postal Service (UPS) - Ground delivery time is approximately 1-6 days. United States Postal Service (USPS) - Ground delivery time is approximately 2-8 days.
Sales tax: of 5.6% will be added to orders of Arizona Residents.
International Shipping: We ship to many international destinations. International Shipping Rates: Currently, our only international delivery option is USPS Postal. Charges are estimated based on this calculation. Delivery Time: (in addition to 1-5 working days for processing) is 6-10 days via USPS. Any customs duties, permits, etc. if applicable are the responsibility of the customer.
